Co-founder, Metro Farms

Theo Young is a co-founder of Metro Farms, where he leads product and commercial. He started in copywriting and web publishing, building campaign sites for global media agencies, then spent the last decade in senior product roles at software companies of every size, building automation in healthcare at IntelliCentrics, in payments at Voly Group and in legal services at Saber. He has managed software teams where commercial and technology meet, making sure each feature built is the one worth most to the customer. That is the ethos he brings to Metro Farms as it grows the technology and infrastructure to supply a growing market of urban growers.
