Your data, plainly.

Metro Farms Ltd (“we”), company number 16907105, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, runs this website and decides how your data is used. Questions about your data go to [email protected].

What we collect and why

Only what you send us through a form: your email address and, where the form asks, your name, organisation, phone number and project details. We use it to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, because you asked us to (legitimate interests). If you joined a list for launch, price or open day news, we email you about that because you agreed to it (consent), and you can withdraw that at any time. We never sell your details.

Analytics

If you choose “Accept analytics”, we count visits with PostHog, hosted in the EU, because you agreed to it (consent). It does not record sessions. Your IP address is used to work out your country and is not stored. If you choose “Essential only”, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookies link at the foot of every page.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this site, stores form submissions and runs Turnstile, a spam check on our forms that sets no cookies. Resend sends the emails our forms generate, and Trello holds our list of enquiries. Cloudflare, Resend and Trello may process data in the United States, under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog provides our analytics from the EU. Google Workspace runs our email inbox. Each acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for two years after we last spoke to you, then delete them. We take you off a news list as soon as you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, ask for a copy to take elsewhere, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
