FOR RESTAURANTS, HOTELS AND CAFÉS
Garnish grown in your storeroom.
Microgreens and herbs cut minutes before they reach the plate, from a cabinet on the footprint of a dishwasher.

03 · SERVICE
Fresh on the plate
Pea shoots, radish, sunflower, basil and amaranth, cut on the day.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Common questions, answered.
Will it save money?
Chefs currently pay £63 to £92 a kilo for microgreens through a national wholesaler (Brakes, November 2026). Our cabinet prices are coming soon, and we will show you yield per tray against your current spend before you buy.
Where would it go?
Metro Solo takes 61 x 61 cm against a wall, 204 cm tall. Metro Duo is 118 x 78 cm for busier kitchens. Both plug into a socket and need no mains water.
Will the kitchen’s heat and grease affect it?
The door closes on the cabinet’s own climate, so the kitchen’s heat and grease stay outside.
What about hygiene inspections?
Treat it like any other food area in your food safety plan. The daily log of readings and photos helps show it is under control.
Who has time to look after it?
Ten minutes a day. The screen tells the team exactly what to do, so it does not rely on one person.
What if it fails on a Saturday?
The Brain alerts your phone as soon as something is out of range. While you get used to it, keep your supplier as a backup.
